About me
I'm a people-oriented leader with considerable experience of leading teams in both commercial and church settings and I'm passionate about inspiring individuals and teams to deliver outstanding results. Most recently I led a large Children’s Ministry that provided opportunities to train and inspire children’s leaders from around the UK. I have a background in telecoms R&D where I held several management, and customer facing roles.
I'm a creative problem solver and I enjoy working in a positive and honouring culture where people are respected and valued. I firmly believe that everyone has something positive to contribute.
During the coronavirus pandemic I successfully completed a Level 5 Diploma in Learning and Development with the CIPD. This has inspired an interest in adult learning, Instructional design and e-learning and I'm now looking to contribute in this arena.

A scenario-based e-learning concept project targeted at office staff to address poor call handling practice as observed in office environments. In the experience learners are presented with a realistic call scenario and must make choices that determine the quality of the caller’s experience.
